I’ve been following Gizzi Erskine for as long as I can remember. I planned to visit her new restaurant The Nitery in London before the lockdown. She has a 3 month residency there until the end of July 2020.
But we have the next best thing, Giz and Greens cook alongs, every Monday night. Take a look at their instagram page. It is hosted by Gizzi and Professor Green. The theme is fakeaway, and so far they’ve cooked KFC, McDonald’s, Lamb Kebab, Chinese, Nando’s and now Domino’s. I’ve followed nearly all of them and will share the results soon. Domino’s Stuffed Crust Pizza

We made the dough a couple of days before the cook along. Being a pizza lover, luckily I had all the ingredients. The cheese I used was Fior di Latte.
Then we stuffed the crust and filled the pizza.
I cooked mine on the hob to crisp up the base, then in the oven for 5 mins, on the highest temp, and finished under a hot grill for a few minutes.
Just look at that stuffed crust!!!
